First, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a stone's throw away from a fantastic mall. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The rooms were amazing, with a luxurious and comfortable ambiance. We were impressed with the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail.

The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. I also loved the beautiful view of the falcon I saw from my window. Facilities like the heater added comfort and convenience.

The staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. The location was key, with a big shopping centre right next door, perfect for grabbing a quick meal or doing some shopping. The facilities were top-notch too- everything felt new and clean, and the rooms were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great range of options to suit any appetite.

Honestly, there wasn't too much to dislike. The only small issue was with the heating in the room- it took a little while to warm up, and then it got quite hot quite quickly.
